Lé (they/them) is a multi-hyphenate creative, born and raised in Illinois and based in NYC. They received their BA in Theatre & Performance Studies from the University of California, Berkeley and studied improv at UCB in NYC.

Their favorite theatrical credits include: For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide/When the Rainbow Is Enuf (Common Ground Theatre), No Child (Apolliad Theatre), The Crucible (Moxie Theatre), When Last We Flew (Diversionary Theatre), The Final Version (Nuyorican Poets Cafe), The Gift (Cape May Stage) and Hits the Fan (Theatre for the New City).  Other credits: Radio Golf (Carlsbad Playreaders), I Am A Man (Vagabond Theatre), Maria Kizito (Joan B. Kroc Theatre), and As You Like It (PopUp Shakespeare).

Their comedic and poetic talents have been featured at Joe’s Pub, The Wild Project, Judson, Harlem Pride, FlameCon, The Wild Project, New York Theatre Workshop, Caveat, The Tank, UCB, Magnet Theatre, The PIT, Stonewall Inn, The Center, The Cell, The Crane, Bowery Poetry and Nuyorican Poets Cafe.

They have hosted for FlameCon mainstage 2017-2019, We Are Trans, NYTW Open Mic, Beyond the Surface, The Mightly Muse and various comedy shows around NYC.

They can also be heard on podcast episodes for the Thank You for Coming Out Podcast, GeeksOut Podcast, Big Talk & Brewskis, Vox Celeste, Adventures in Black Cinema, and the Story Pirates Podcast.

When they aren't performing and creating, they volunteer as an advocate for rape crisis and intimate partner violence survivors, and share their experiences as a Black LQBTQIA+ eating disorder survivor on various panel discussions with organizations including Stand With Trans, NEDA and Eating Recovery Center.
